Our behavioral health providers work with your primary care provider to offer you comprehensive care. We offer treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief, self esteem, stress, postpartum disorders, adolescent health, and substance abuse. In addition, our licensed professionals provide gender identity counseling, gender transition support, transgender therapy, and LGBT counseling.

Cassie Peoples, LCSW-C Specialty: Cassie is a clinical social worker who provides psychotherapy services for children ages 6-17 and adults. She provides treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, grief/loss, self-esteem and stress related issues. She also provides treatment for maternal issues to include postpartum disorders and fertility issues. Caitlin McFarland, M.D., Psychiatrist Specialty: Caitlin McFarland serves as an adult psychiatrist with professional interests in mental health education and advocacy, mental health in transgender and LGBT populations and managing psychopharmacology in medically complex cases. She treats a wide range of mental health disorders in the outpatient setting, including psychotic, affective, anxiety, and substance abuse in patients ages 15 years and older. Location: WCHC | Conowingo Education: She earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from Roberts Wesleyan College, attended the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed a psychiatry residency at Johns Hopkins University.

Rachel Priebe, LCSW-C She/her/hers Specialty: Evaluation and treatment of depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma-related disorders, aging and adjustment disorders for adults. Rachel is an LGBT+/GSM affirming therapist and advocate. Rachel is currently training in therapeutic techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Practices, Schema Therapy, and grief counseling techniques. Jan Brewer, LCSW-C She/her/hers Specialty: Complex Trauma/PTSD, Attachment /Adjustment & Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating & Impluse Control Disorders, Neurodevelopment Disorders (ADHD, Autism Spectrum) for all Ages. Infant and early childhood treatment provided as parenting/family therapy modalities. Also provides services for college students.
