At WCHC, we understand being healthy means taking care of our bodies physically and mentally – that’s why we offer psychiatry and counseling services at our Conowingo location.
Our behavioral health providers work with your primary care provider to offer you comprehensive care. We offer treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress, depression occurring after a woman gives birth, adolescent health, and substance abuse.
Our licensed professionals also provide gender identity counseling, gender transition support, transgender therapy, and LGBT counseling.

Rachel Priebe, LCSW-C She/her/hers Specialty: Evaluation and treatment of depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma-related disorders, aging and adjustment disorders for adults. Rachel is an LGBT+/GSM affirming therapist and advocate. Rachel currently provides EMDR (EMDRIA trained), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Practices, Schema Therapy, and grief counseling techniques.
