At WCHC, we understand being healthy means taking care of our bodies physically and mentally – that’s why we offer psychiatry and counseling services at our Conowingo location.
Our behavioral health providers work with your primary care provider to offer you comprehensive care. We offer treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress, depression occurring after a woman gives birth, adolescent health, and substance abuse.
Our licensed professionals also provide gender identity counseling, gender transition support, transgender therapy, LGBT counseling, play therapy, and EMDR.
Online scheduling is available for established patients.

Jan Brewer, LCSW-C She/her/hers Specialty: Complex Trauma/PTSD, Attachment /Adjustment & Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating & Impluse Control Disorders, Neurodevelopment Disorders (ADHD, Autism Spectrum) for all Ages. Infant and early childhood treatment provided as parenting/family therapy modalities. Also provides services for college students. Treatment is client-centered, evidence-based practice that is tailored to support each person’s needs such as individual, couples/marriage, parenting, and family therapy to include college students while ensuring access to services (in-person/tele-health). Margaret Webb, CRNP-PMH, Behavioral Health Director Specialty: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan Treating outpatient mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia and substance abuse. Rachel Priebe, LCSW-C She/her/hers Specialty: Evaluation and treatment of depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma-related disorders, aging and adjustment disorders for adults. Rachel is an LGBT+/GSM affirming therapist and advocate. Rachel currently provides EMDR (EMDRIA trained), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Practices, Schema Therapy, and grief counseling techniques. Gideon Oberio, CRNP-PMH Specialty: Works in all areas of mental health with all age groups, from children through adulthood. His goal is to help you improve your quality of life. Location:WCHC | Conowingo Education: Frostburg State University and Walden University
Kerry Hospelhorn, LCSW-C Specialty: Depression, anxiety, and relationship issues from adolescents to adults. Kerry says therapy starts wherever you are. She takes a mindfulness and compassion-based approach to therapy, focused on identifying and growing more of the inner strengths already inside of you. Therapy is a unique process for each person and we work together at a pace and approach that most resonates with you. She sees authenticity, self-compassion, and humor as antidotes to the struggles life can bring.
