Senior Fitness Programs
55+ Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Center: Offers Keiser equipment, personal trainers, and a non-threatening atmosphere where the focus is on exercising safely at your own pace.

Chronic Disease Support
Living Well with Hypertension: A single-session program defining high blood pressure, medication management, reading food labels, reducing sodium in your diet, complications with high blood pressure, and blood pressure guidelines. Chronic Disease Self-Management Program: An evidence-based, 6-week program that meets once a week for two hours.
