Welcome to the West Cecil Health Center patient portal. The portal is a secure, convenient online space to access your personal health information.  You have access to the portal 24-hours a day from a mobile device or computer. 

Why should you use the portal?  Glad you asked!!! Here are some of the great benefits of activating your portal account…

• Update your personal information
  • Contact Information (Address, Phone Number, and Email);
  • Marital Status;
  • Emergency Contact Information; and
  • Preferred Pharmacy
• Communicate directly with your provider and clinical team
• Request a refill, referral, or lab test
• View your health record including:
  • Visit Summaries;
  • Medication Lists;
  • Lab Results;
  • Immunizations; and
  • Growth Charts
• Access educational health information your provider has published just for you
• View your past and upcoming appointments
• Complete pre-visit forms electronically
• Link your personal health tracking devices so your provider can monitor your data too
• Request an appointment
• Have a telehealth visit
• View your past and current billing statements and make a payment

While you can access more portal features from a computer, the mobile app known as “Healow” is perfect on the go.  Load the Healow app from Google Play or the App Store and find WCHC using the unique organization code DAHIAD. Note: If you have a hyphenated name please use a space in place of the hyphen to input your name in the registration fields for Healow.
