West Cecil Health Center announces new Dental Director

(Conowingo, Md.) West Cecil Health Center (WCHC) announces Dr. Emily Davis has been promoted to Dental Director, a new position for the organization. Dr. Davis joined WCHC as a general dentist in 2017.
